Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access the platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must complete the profile setup — including SMS consent selection and acknowledgment of this EULA — before accessing the authenticated dashboard. Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity is grounds for account termination.

Access to the Rebel Alchemy platform requires a paid subscription. Current subscription pricing, billing cycles, and available purchase options are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. Additional purchases including event tickets, guided meditations, and oracle deck access are available as one-time charges.

• ◆Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled
• ◆You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• ◆Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time
• ◆All payments are processed securely by our payment provider
• ◆We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

When registering for events, workshops, or guided meditations, you may choose to pay in advance via our payment provider or reserve a seat and pay at the event.

• ◆Pay Now: payment is processed immediately and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rebel Alchemy
• ◆Pay at the Event: your seat is reserved at no charge; failure to attend does not result in a charge but may affect future reservation privileges
• ◆If we cancel an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit at their choice
• ◆Refund requests for extenuating circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@rebelalchemy.io

Embr is an AI-powered spiritual guide built on Claude (Anthropic) and Inworld AI's text-to-speech technology. By using Embr, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ◆Embr is an AI model — not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or clergy member
• ◆Content generated by Embr is for personal growth, reflection, and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or spiritual advice
• ◆You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on interactions with Embr
• ◆Your conversations with Embr are processed by Anthropic's API and governed in part by Anthropic's usage policies
• ◆If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services — Embr is not an appropriate resource for crisis intervention

Booking a session with Laura Norman or other Rebel Alchemy practitioners constitutes an agreement between you and the practitioner. Sessions are for wellness and spiritual support purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment. Practitioners are not licensed physicians or mental health professionals.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

By providing your phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive automated text messages from Rebel Alchemy regarding events, reminders, and platform updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

You agree not to:

• ◆Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ◆Harass, threaten, or harm other users or practitioners
• ◆Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems
• ◆Share your account credentials with others
• ◆Submit false or misleading information
• ◆Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

All content on the Rebel Alchemy platform — including the Rebel Alchemy methodology, workshop materials, Frequency Reset companions, oracle deck content, guided meditations, and Embr's voice and persona — is the intellectual property of Rebel Alchemy and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Content you submit to the platform (such as journal reflections or session notes) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of the AI guide, meditations, workshops, or practitioner sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Alchemy and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal harm. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Alchemy, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its community. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and any outstanding charges will become due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
