Laura's path to healing began not in a yoga studio or spiritual retreat, but in the raw, unfiltered crucible of a breast cancer diagnosis, single motherhood, and the daily choice to rise when everything said stay down.

A Holy Fire Reiki Master, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Psychic Medium, and Certified Sound Healer, Laura weaves together over a decade of training with lived wisdom that no certification can teach. She is a mother of five, a breast cancer survivor, and a woman who refused to let her story end in suffering.

Through Rebel Alchemy, she has created a sacred space where quantum science and ancient healing arts merge — a studio and community dedicated to helping people reclaim their energy, their voice, and their soul.

Benjamin Norman is the co-founder of Rebel Alchemy and Project Light, and an ordained Interfaith Reverend whose work sits at the crossroads of sound, ceremony, and signal. Alongside his wife Laura, he has shaped Rebel Alchemy into a space where ancient practice meets modern transformation — guiding seekers through Signal Awakening, The Binding, and Resonance Tuning.

He has walked with hundreds of people through deep transformational work, and what they remember most is the container he holds: sacred, steady, and safe enough to put down what they came in carrying. It is in that container that the real work happens — the unbinding, the remembering, the return.
