• ◆Schedule and facilitate 1:1 sessions with our practitioners
• ◆Generate personalized content including Frequency Reset companions and workshop materials
• ◆Improve our platform, features, and content over time
• ◆Comply with legal obligations

Rebel Alchemy uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power the Embr guide. Conversations with Embr are processed by Anthropic's API and subject in part to Anthropic's usage policies. We also use Inworld AI's text-to-speech technology to generate Embr's voice. Voice audio is generated in real time and is not stored permanently.

Your spiritual profile — including your tradition, practice history, session summaries, and workshop attendance — is stored in our secure database and used to personalize your guide experience over time. This information is not sold to third parties.

If a practitioner (such as Laura Norman) adds notes to your session record, those notes are stored in your profile and may be used by the guide to provide more informed support.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications during registration, you consent to receive text messages from Rebel Alchemy regarding:

• ◆Upcoming events and workshops
• ◆Event reminders (typically 48 hours and 2 hours before an event)
• ◆Important platform updates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with third-party service providers to operate our platform, including:

• ◆Payment processors — to handle subscriptions and purchases
• ◆Email and SMS delivery providers — to send confirmations, reminders, and announcements
• ◆Database and authentication infrastructure providers — to store and secure your data
• ◆Anthropic — to process AI guide conversations via the Claude API
• ◆Inworld AI — to generate voice output for the Embr guide
• ◆Calendar and scheduling providers — to manage practitioner bookings

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We require them to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes after account deletion.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
