The session you come back to. An hour of focused work with Laura, drawing on Reiki, energy, sound, and intuitive guidance to clear what's stuck and bring your system back into alignment. After the table, you'll sit with Laura to make sense of what was observed, felt, and witnessed during the session — the kind of debrief that turns a healing into integration. This is the work that compounds.

Best when you're navigating something significant, or you're ready for a deeper recalibration than the regular cadence allows.

Part two is a 60-minute Soul Exploration call with Benjamin (Zoom or in-person) to make meaning of what came through, name the patterns running underneath, and translate insight into a concrete next step. Where the energy work opens the door, this is where you walk through it.
