Introductory Session
Your entry point into the work. A full hour of Reiki, energy work, and sound — attuned to what your body and field are asking for that day.
Regular Session
The session you come back to. Focused work to clear what's stuck, restore alignment, and translate what came through into integration.
Extended Session
Ninety minutes to work through layers and stay with the harder material. More time on the table, more time in conversation afterward.
Sonic Fire Alchemy
A two-part journey. A 90-minute session with Laura followed by a 60-minute Soul Exploration call with Benjamin — where the energy work opens the door, this is where you walk through it.
